At SaunaSupply, all of our saunas are made to order and crafted to customer specifications.
Because each unit is custom-built, shipping times can vary depending on production schedules and your delivery location.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver, what’s included in free delivery, and what customers must prepare to ensure safe and successful receipt of their sauna.
2. Manufacturing & Order Processing

Every sauna is individually manufactured to order once payment is received.

The estimated production lead time is displayed on each product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

When your sauna is ready, we’ll contact you to confirm dispatch details and arrange delivery.

Smaller accessories or non-custom items (if sold separately) may ship sooner.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your sauna leaves the factory or warehouse (typically within 5-7 weeks), normal UK mainland delivery takes approximately 6-8 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, the carrier’s schedule, and local access conditions.

We’ll provide tracking information or estimated delivery windows once available.

We’ll always keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
4. Delivery Method – Free Curbside / Kerbside Delivery
We offer FREE kerbside delivery on all orders within mainland UK.
Kerbside delivery means:

The delivery driver will bring your sauna to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address (e.g., driveway or kerbside).

Drivers are not required to move or install the product inside your property.

You, the customer, are responsible for arranging safe movement of the sauna from the kerbside to its final installation position.
5. Forklift or Crane Requirements
Due to the size and weight of our sauna units, a forklift and/or crane may be required to safely unload and move your sauna.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate unloading equipment (such as a forklift, crane, or lifting team) for the delivery day.

If you need help sourcing equipment, SaunaSupply can recommend local crane or forklift providers or arrange these services for an additional cost.

Please contact us before dispatch if you wish to use our assistance service.

If suitable unloading equipment is not available when the delivery vehicle arrives, redelivery or storage charges may apply.
6. Delivery Area & Access

Free delivery applies to mainland UK only.

Additional delivery charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, or remote areas — please contact us before ordering.

The customer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for a large lorry or freight vehicle.

If access is restricted (narrow lanes, gravel roads, low bridges, etc.), you must inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
7. Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect your sauna upon delivery:

Inspect before signing: Check the external packaging for damage before signing the delivery note.

Note any damage: If visible damage is present, write this clearly on the delivery note and take photos.

Packaging damage: Minor scuffs or tears to packaging do not mean the product itself is damaged. Only product damage counts as a defect.

If the product itself is damaged: Notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If the product is badly damaged and clearly unusable, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
8. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you miss your scheduled delivery slot, or if the carrier cannot deliver due to lack of access or unloading equipment, redelivery, storage, or rescheduling fees may be charged to the customer.
We’ll always work with you and the carrier to minimise costs and arrange a new delivery time as soon as possible.
9. Tracking & Communication

Once dispatched, you’ll receive delivery tracking details or an estimated delivery date.

The carrier will typically contact you to arrange a delivery window.

If you have not heard from the carrier within the expected timeframe, please contact our team for an update.
10. Delivery Exclusions
We currently do not deliver to:

P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding depots

Non-mainland UK territories without prior agreement

Inaccessible or unsafe delivery points (as determined by the carrier)
11. Installation Services (Optional)
If you would like help with full installation, positioning, or assembly, we can recommend professional installers or coordinate installation services for an additional fee.
Please enquire before delivery to arrange a quotation.
