Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier availability, seasonal demand, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
We use third-party logistics partners, including Delamode, Dachser, and Ace Logistics, to facilitate deliveries.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product ordered.
In-stock and ready-to-ship products are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Certain products, including made-to-order and custom-built items, require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated production, dispatch, and delivery times are displayed on the relevant product page.

Order Processing Cut-Off Time
Orders begin processing on the same business day following payment confirmation.

Transit Times
Transit times vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.
For in stock and ready to ship products, transit times are typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch. Where applicable, estimated production lead times and delivery estimates are displayed on the relevant product page.
Tracking and Dispatch Notifications
When your order is dispatched, we will provide shipment confirmation and tracking information (where available) to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Method (Kerbside Delivery)
All deliveries are made via kerbside delivery.
This means:
• Delivery is made to the kerbside or nearest accessible point at the delivery address
• The carrier does not bring items inside the property
• Placement, assembly, and installation are the customer's responsibility
• Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible for large delivery vehicles
If access restrictions prevent delivery, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address details are complete and accurate, including a contact telephone number where required by the carrier.
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
For deliveries to the countries we currently ship to, all applicable shipping charges and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties, customs fees, or local handling charges upon delivery.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the shipment before signing for receipt whenever possible.
If visible damage is identified, please record the damage with the delivery driver and notify us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@saunasupply.co.uk so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe does not affect your statutory rights but may affect the carrier claims process.
Incorrect Address, Failed or Refused Deliveries
We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please verify your delivery information carefully before placing your order.
Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• An inaccessible delivery location
• Failure to accept delivery
Responsibility for Delivery
SaunaSupply remains responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to the customer.
Shipping Delays or Missing Packages
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs procedures, weather events, or seasonal demand.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe shown on the product page, please contact us at sales@saunasupply.co.uk and we will investigate the matter promptly with the carrier.
