About This Delivery: Due to the size and weight of this handcrafted sauna, delivery is made by special appointment and arrives securely packaged on a wooden pallet. Delivery is provided on a kerbside basis only, and the driver will lower the items to ground level. Following order confirmation, you will receive a text message from us. Please let us know of any access restrictions or delivery circumstances that may affect delivery or result in additional carrier charges. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.
1. Processing and Delivery Times
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product ordered.
In-stock and ready-to-ship products are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Certain products, including made-to-order and custom-built items, require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated production, dispatch, and delivery times are displayed on the relevant product page. Please refer to the relevant product page for the most accurate production, dispatch, and delivery estimates for your chosen product.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Non made-to-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order. Products that are manufactured expressly for your order, including custom-built and made-to-order products such as saunas, cannot be cancelled or refunded. These products are made to order or specifically to your specifications. They begin building as soon as your order is placed and payment has been processed. The manufacturer's warranty will ensure that the product is operational and functional.
Made-to-order and custom-built products are clearly identified on relevant product pages where applicable.
All sales are final for made-to-order and custom-built products.

3. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unopened or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact sales@saunasupply.co.uk. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.
Sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
