At SaunaSupply, all saunas are custom made-to-order. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery methods, costs, destinations, production timelines, and delivery responsibilities. Shipping details (estimated delivery time for your destination) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier capacity, and transit conditions. If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We use third-party logistic partners for handling all deliveries: Delamode, Dascher and Ace Logistics.

• Germany
• Poland

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders (unless otherwise shown at checkout) across the UK, Germany and Poland. No minimum spend required.

Total delivery time is typically 6-10 weeks from order confirmation (including processing, production and transit).
Order Processing Cut-Off Time (11pm GMT)
Orders begin processing the same business day, after payment confirmation.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery Timeframes (Production + Transit)
- Delivery consists of two stages:
1) Processing & Production Time (made-to-order)
Typically 6-8 weeks, depending on the selected model and specifications.
2) Estimated Transit Time
Estimated transit times are approximately 1-2 weeks after production.
Shipping Methods
We offer free standard kerbside delivery as shown at checkout.
All delivery methods are kerbside delivery only.
Delivery Method (Kerbside Delivery)
All deliveries are made via kerbside delivery.
This means:
• Delivery is made to the kerbside or nearest accessible point at the delivery address
• The carrier does not bring items inside the property
• Placement, assembly, and installation are the customer’s responsibility
• Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible for large delivery vehicles. If access restrictions prevent delivery, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Address Requirements:
• Please ensure your delivery address details are complete and accurate (including phone number where required by the carrier).
• If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information, re-delivery fees may apply.
Tracking & Dispatch Notifications
When your order is dispatched, we will provide shipment confirmation and tracking details (where available from the carrier) to the email address used at checkout.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs (Non-UK Destinations)
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom (including Europe destinations listed above), import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local handling charges may apply depending on your country’s rules. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Inspection (Required)
Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for receipt of your sauna.
You must:
• Inspect the shipment fully before signing
• Record any visible damage with the delivery driver
If damage is identified, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe does not affect your statutory rights, but may affect claim eligibility.
Incorrect Address, Failed or Refused Deliveries
We ship to the provided address at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing an order.
If delivery fails or is refused due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Inaccessible delivery location
• Failure to accept delivery
Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Responsibility for Delivery
SaunaSupply remains responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to the customer and signed for.
Shipping Delays or Missing Packages
While we aim to meet all estimated transit times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier disruptions or seasonal demand. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please email us at sales@saunasupply.co.uk and we will investigate the issue promptly with the courier.
