Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SaunaSupply website (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) About SaunaSupply 

2) Eligibility 
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and to purchase products through it. 

3) Site Use & Acceptable Conduct 
You agree that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. 

You must not: 
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or systems 
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or performance 
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code 
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data without our written permission 
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity 
• Upload, post, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Site. 

4) Accounts (If Available) 
Some Site features may require you to create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for: 
• Keeping your login credentials confidential 
• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date 
• All activity that occurs under your account 
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms. 

5) Product Information & Content Accuracy 
We aim to present product information accurately. However: 
• Product descriptions, specifications, photos, and other content are provided for general information and may be updated or corrected at any time. 
• Colours, finishes, and appearance may vary based on display settings and natural/material variations. 
• We do not guarantee that the Site content is error-free, complete, or current at all times. 

6) Product & Installation

All saunas and related components are supplied as products only. The seller does not provide installation services, electrical work, or site assessment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the sauna, heater, and all associated components are installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable building and electrical regulations.

Where electrical connection is required, installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician. 

Sauna heaters require appropriate electrical supply and installation conditions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their electrical system, installation location, and ventilation meet the requirements specified by the manufacturer.

The seller does not assess electrical suitability or provide electrical installation services. The seller cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect electrical installation, inadequate electrical supply, unsuitable installation conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation and safety instructions.

Any product information, recommendations, or guidance provided by the seller (including regarding sauna size, heater capacity, or suitability for a particular space) is provided for general information purposes only.

The seller does not provide technical, electrical, or installation advice and does not assess the suitability of products for a customer’s specific installation location or requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer’s specifications and installation instructions and ensuring that the sauna, heater, and associated components are suitable for their intended use.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these terms and will ensure that installation and use of the sauna and any associated components are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations.

7) Sauna Heaters & Manufacturer Warranty

Sauna heaters are manufactured by specialist third-party manufacturers and are supplied with their own documentation, specifications, installation requirements, and warranty terms. Where a sauna heater is purchased together with a sauna, it remains a separate product supplied by the heater manufacturer.

Customers must ensure that sauna heaters are installed and operated in accordance with the heater manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable electrical regulations.

Warranty claims relating to sauna heaters are handled in accordance with the warranty terms provided by the heater manufacturer.

8) Intellectual Property 
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product names, designs, and software—is owned by or licensed to SaunaSupply and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission. 

9) User Submissions (Reviews, Messages, Media) 
If you submit reviews, comments, questions, images, or other content (“User Content”), you: 
• Confirm you have the right to submit it and it does not violate any law or third party rights 
• Grant SaunaSupply a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display that User Content for business purposes (including marketing and customer communication), unless prohibited by law.  We may remove User Content at our discretion where it is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. 

10) Third-Party Links & Services 
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk. 

11) Availability & Changes to the Site 
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including features, content, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site. 

12) Disclaimers 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

We do not warrant that: 
• The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free 
• The Site or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components 
• Any information on the Site will meet your requirements 

13) Limitation of Liability 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SaunaSupply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to the use of our website, the purchase of products from us, or the use or installation of products supplied.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14) Indemnity 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaunaSupply from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: 
• Your breach of these Terms 
• Your misuse of the Site 
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction 
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
